After 63 years we may have to close our doors

Picture
With technological advancements in movies and projectors our equipment is out of date.  We have been told that the old reel to reel movie projector that we have used for decades is no longer supported.  They will no longer be producing movies on film stock so we must change to a digital format and digital projector.
The cost for the new projection system will be upwards of $100,000

Please take a moment to watch this short film about the plight of the American Drive-In
"Projector: The Last Outdoor Cinemas of Colorado" A short film by Mike Liguori

At these drive-ins and abandoned screens across the state lies a trail of clues to the evolution of American society -- for better or for worse."
